Controller
MABUREDE AI LTD, Flat 47 Ludham Lismore Circus, London, England, NW5 4SE, is the controller for personal data processed through Maburede Summary unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Data we process
We may process account details, contact information, billing records, support messages, uploaded meeting notes, transcripts, generated summaries, action items and technical usage data.
Purpose and lawful basis

AI and cloud processors
Maburede may use OpenAI as an AI processor for summarization tasks and AWS infrastructure in the eu-west-2 London region for hosting and storage. Processor details may change as vendors are reviewed.
Retention
We keep account and service records only as long as needed for service delivery, legal obligations, dispute resolution and security. Customers may request deletion subject to legal and operational limits.
